let's go ahead and jump into the video
you no longer need Photoshop to start a
photo retouching service you don't have
to buy Photoshop you don't have to buy
any software at all I'm gonna show you
right on this video how you can retouch
photos without experience and this is
gonna be a hundred percent free now
later on in the video I'm gonna get more
into how much money you can make where
to get the people to buy your retouching
services and all that stuff okay but
right now let's just start off there is
a website you can go to it's called
photo or photo a little bit weird to
find the the whole domain is actually
makeup photo I will leave a link for
this down below in the description of
this video and you guys can go over
there and check it out this is an online
software it's a hundred percent free now
I have a couple methods that I'm gonna
show you how you can retouch photos but
first let's go ahead and jump into this
one go to the website and click right
here where it says enhance your photo
and then that'll take you over to the
upload page right here a little window
will pop up on the screen and you guys
can select right here where it says from
computer now I already have a photo here
all ready to go you can see we have a
beautiful young
lady she has some pimples and dimples on
her face so we're going to use this
service and this online software to help
us automatically remove everything
smooth out the skin brighten everything
and add a little bit of a color and some
pizzazz so it looks amazing and this
will really impress the client so let's
go ahead and do this right now I'm gonna
come down here and click on from
computer and that's gonna open up my
little Finder window on my computer so I
will just browse to the file on my hard
drive that I want to retouch so I'll
just click on that photo and then come
right up here and click on open
now this service is gonna automatically
apply the effects right when you upload
the file okay look at this check this
out so it's already applied there
retouching for you that fast I told you
guys this is gonna be awesome so you can
see this is what the original looks like
I can just click up right up here this
is before okay and now this is after
look at that now you can totally
customize this if you want to so if you
want you can come over here and turn off
some of these settings maybe you don't
want the skin makeup maybe you don't
want the shine remover or maybe you
don't want the wrinkles smoothing you
want to leave that well what you would
do then is just come through here and
uncheck these different features and
then click on apply and there's just
give it a second and then your image is
going to update with the new changes
okay it's really really simple to do
guys
now I'm gonna show you I'm gonna show
you another online software this is
actually think of it like free Photoshop
I talked about this before on my channel
and this is a piece of software that's
built right into your web browser and
it's called photo P and you can do photo
retouching with this you don't need any
experience I'm gonna show you exactly
how to do it right on this video okay so
let's go over here to file and then
click on open and then same thing as
before brows on your hard drive and
locate the photo that you want to
retouch so I'll just highlight the photo
right there and click on open and it
loads up really really fast you can see
that just BAM loads up super fast so
what we're gonna do to cut assume in
here and kind of see what's going on
okay we kind of get an idea you can hold
down the spacebar on the keyboard and
that's going to give you this little
hand tool look at that and so you can
just browse around and move
on the photo so we got some blemishes
and dimples and pimples and different
things well how can we remove those what
wouldn't come right over here to the
toolbar and select the Spot Healing
Brush tool and then you're gonna have
this little brush and you can change the
size of this brush by using a little
brackets on the keyboard so you get a
larger brush maybe have a larger area
that you need to retouch or something
like that but just come right over here
hover right over that blemish and click
the mouse boom it's gone so I can just
come through here and I could just click
on this one this one I can come down
here and it's really effective like I
can't even tell probably might want to
leave some freckles and stuff as you did
we touch your photos you're going to
want to move around the you know the
image I just use the spacebar on the
keyboard to do that so you can come
through here and I'll click on right
here right here right here while it's
looking pretty good
cool hold down the option key which is
the Alt key on the PC and then click on
it and that's going to zoom it out and
looking really really nice well you guys
get all done come right over here to the
file menu and select export as select
jpg and then you guys are going to send
it off to your client do you see how
easy this is now where are you guys
going to get these services where are
you going to get people that are going
to buy your services for photo
retouching well that's what I'm going to
show you right now number one Fiverr
okay now I know some of you guys out
there maybe you don't like Fiverr
because there's already a lot of people
on Fiverr offering photo retouching
services but it's a great way to go you
can I mean
I've looked at some of these thumbnails
and some of the marketing that people do
and it's really not that good there's
really not a lot of good work on here
what I would do is get a hold of some
professional photos or something and
retouch those photos and put those
inside of your portfolio or offer the
services for free maybe for a family
member or get a family photo from a
friend retouch the photo so you guys
have a before-and-after picture that you
can show right on your profile okay very
important now if you don't want to use
Fiverr then offer your services over on
up work up work is a freelancing website
that you guys can go to you can create a
profile and then you basically what you
do is you just sit back and you wait for
people to find you for work okay now
some of you are not going to want to do
that so here's another option for you go
over to Craigslist if you live in a
larger city
host even not even in the larger city
what you can do if you live in a small
city go to go to Craigslist but search
in a larger city aint post post a job or
service that you do in a larger city
because this is online and what you're
gonna do is you're gonna post something
that looks like this photo editing
services here's one right here so this
person right here does photo editing
services look at this so he's got a guy
here and you can see the before and
after looks like he just took this guy
and you know they put them a little bit
closer touched up you know a little bit
of his you know wrinkles underneath the
eyes there you can see he's just posting
a sample of his work okay and he also
has down down here some of his pricing
that he does you know smoothing and
different things like that clean up and
enhance a single image for three dollars
replace the background and clean up an
image for six bucks okay that's really
cool pre-press type of work sixty
dollars per hour so on and so on you
guys can go one there but there are not
a lot of people doing this so if you
guys offer your services on Craigslist
you're probably gonna be like the only
one because I didn't really even find
very many people here in Portland Oregon
that are doing this but let me give you
my number one recommendation to getting
work being a referral retoucher and
actually I did this myself
true story guys I did this when I wasn't
selling products and doing affiliate
marketing online what I did is I
actually went to my local camera shops
and I told him I walked in there I said
hey what's up man I touch photos right
and here's my car and I got calls back I
was the guy that they called for photo
retouching you know why because they got
so much work for photo retouching that
they just decided to give me like 50
percent of the work because people keep
coming in I've got this old picture of
my mother can you photo retouch it or
enhance it or they got these old vintage
photos that they want fixed and you can
be the one to do that so what I did here
just as an example I typed in photo
store near and then I just put him put
in a city there so I put photo store
near Portland Oregon and so when I did
that I've got all these camera shops
look at this all these different camera
shops we got the photo supply the
shutterbug Hollywood camera store Blue
Moon
and machine the shutterbug selim we got
we got cameras solutions focal point
photography citizens photo advanced
camera picture-perfect there's all these
little local shops and what you're gonna
do is just walk in to one of these local
shops and say hey what's up right and so
I got another one for you
you're probably wondering well how do I
get a business card well I'm gonna show
you how to do that for free go right
over to for over for calm this is a
website that will ship you free business
cards okay the only thing is they put
their logo on the back of the card but
who cares you guys just need something
that has your name and address and
explains exactly what you do but I'm
gonna leave a link for this below in the
description of this video for over for
comm go over there now
if you guys want like a faster shipping
time you know you can pay like 10 bucks
or something like that and they will
send it to your door okay but for the
five day business turnaround it doesn't
cost anything okay so what you're gonna
do is come on right down here and choose
design online and that's gonna open up
into a new window up here that's gonna
bring you right over here you can select
the specific category that you want to
use I just mixed this example here I've
chosen computer and Technology gives me
some pretty good options to choose from
and then I will select Customize I'll
just click on that right there there we
go so here's the front of the card right
here now let's just say I don't like
this photo here or whatever and and I
want to change it I'm gonna come right
up here to upload image and then I'm
gonna choose like maybe like a before
and after picture or something like that
but I have this I just uploaded the
image right now you just got you guys
just saw me do that and I can just place
that right over here
okay cool so nice little smile there
nice we touched a photo okay because I'm
offering a retouching service and then
what I'll do is just come over here and
just double click and change the name of
you know I could just put my name here
so I can just type in so just type in
here mark there you go mark the photo
retoucher give me a call now
if you can do this you're gonna get
phone calls now how much are you going
to charge for this how much are you
going to charge well I would say back in
the day when I did this I was charging
75 bucks for each photo that I retouch
because a lot of people you know they
would rather you know just walk into to
a local shop and ask them hey can you
retouch this photo besides going online
and going to Fiverr and and going to up
work you know because a lot of people
don't even know about these websites and
they don't know about all the
competition and they're just really
sketchy about this people are most
likely just to walk into a camera shop
and ask them if they can get their
photos retouched and this is really good
because it's kind of like oh you know
it's a face-to-face type thing and so
people are just willing to pay more for
like a personal interaction and they
just feel a little bit more secure and
it's gonna be less hassle for them so
that's what you're gonna do now you can
walk into a shop walk into a shop and
say hey what's up my name is Mark III me
touch photos and you know what I'll do
it for 50 bucks I'll give you 25% of my
profits all you have to do here's some
examples show them some examples put it
right in their face hey this is what I
do this is the before and after I do
great work you're not gonna find this
kind of work anywhere else but check
this out here's my card if you guys ever
get bombarded or you don't have time to
do photo retouching give me a call I'll
do it okay give me a call I'll have it
back to you in about 24 hours your
clients going to be really really happy
about it and so and that's it and so how
