hey guys what's going on today i'm going to show you how to
make $29,000 per month
online and this is about creating an
asset for your life okay this is about
creating internet real estate and i'm
gonna show you that I think you're gonna
love it if you guys want to see more
blogs I post blogs almost on a daily
basis about how to make money online hit

here now you got to check out this guy's
site Matthew Woodward okay it's Matthew
Woodward CEO UK and he's a blogger and
he's been blogging for a while and he
posts good value good content regarding
search engine optimization and marketing
and all that now the topic in and the
content he posts is not really relevant
here it's just what what he's doing and
I'm using this blog as an example
because he reports he displays his
income reports and there's lots of
bloggers that do this if you actually
Google blogs with income reports you're
gonna have a whole bunch of different
blogs as a matter of fact let me just go
ahead and do that right now
and show you guys
blogs with income reports here's a link

just a list of different blogs that are
showing their monthly income and a 53
blog income reports there's another one
and what you can do it kind of gives you
an insider look on you know what how
people are profiting and whatnot
through their blog
I'll just go to one more here
the whole list and it shows their
monthly income so you can look at this
list and go to these people's blogs and
see okay what are they doing to generate
this cash flow you know what what tools
what services what are they offering and
and you know how are they making this
money right so that's what you can do
now for the example for today we're
going to use Matthews blog here and so
what I'm going to do is go over to
income reports just click on that link
right there and then I'm going to scroll
down he's got a bunch of income reports
here for the last few years and we're
just gonna pick one here April 2017 and
he talks a little bit about you know
what he's done in April and you know
changes and and improvements that he's
done and that sort of thing and its
traffic but if you come down here to the
bottom
and most of these bloggers what they do
is that is they display how they're
generating these earnings how they're
making and generating the cash flow and
that's what you want to look for so for
for most of the bloggers its affiliate
income okay now a lot of us some of us
might already know that but the thing is
that we don't know which of the tools I
mean which of Philly affiliate systems
or tools or websites or services are
paying out and giving him the most
profit so what you can do is go to his
list of affiliate earnings and look
through here to see the different
programs and tools and services that are
paying out and how he's actually done
that so for example look over here for
this one right here he's created a
review and he's made three hundred
thirty six dollars he's created a review
for this product and then he's offered a
discount coupon and so people come to
his site they read the article and then
they used that coupon and then he gets a
commission for that also the seed
longtail Pro so here's I think that's a
piece of software or it's a service and
he's created a review he's made nine
hundred and seven dollars for the month
of April he's created a review on his
blog and then he's offered or he's made
a discount coupon available and what you
can do is you can contact these
companies and you can ask them and say
hey I plan on making a review for your
product do you have a coupon that I can
give to my readers and most of the time
they will say yeah sure you know maybe
even if it's just something like 10% off
or whatever and most of these services
some of them are on a monthly basis so
that's passive income for you when they
pay every month then you're gonna get a
percentage of that reoccurring and it's
almost like a residual income every
month that they're paying and and you're
gonna get a small portion of that so
that's really awesome here's another one
here that paid out pretty well for him
SEM rush which I believe is a service
that's seven hundred and fifty two
dollars and all he did was write a
review
that's it so you guys can really see all
the different affiliate programs and
different things I mean of course this
is for search engine option jinan and
marketing but you know what they have
programs and services for all types of
different categories and different
interests on the web but not just you
know technical type things but a lot of
people want to know how to blog and you
can make and design and create a blog
about blogging how I got started or
whatever you can have your own income
reports
people love income reports they like to
come back to your blog to see how you're
doing
you know say hey what you do this month
or what you do last month you know it's
so it you can even do this yourself and
list the different you know systems and
affiliate programs that you use to
generate your income so hope that helps

another way you guys can create an asset
and this is great because you're not
really trading time for money it might
seem like you're trading time for money
at the beginning but really you're
creating an asset this is like a piece
of Internet real estate you know Matthew
if you post a blog or he made a review a
year ago
well someone still might come along and
see that review even after a year and
he's still gonna get affiliate an
affiliate commission from if somebody
clicks and purchases through his link or
uses his coupon and by the way another
little tip for you guys is that coupons
actually work better than saying hey
click on this link well if people think
they're gonna get a discount or
something they're more likely to use
your coupon it gives them the discount
but it also shows that you know where
that referral came from so the customer
is gonna get the discount but then
you're also going to get a commission
for referring that customer ok so that's
really cool so that's just an extra
little tip I found that coupons work a
lot better but anyways that's it for
