tasks and jobs done like moving around

furniture remodeling maybe a little bit

a home stereo system they're gonna put

out this job onto TaskRabbit it's

actually a little app that you can

download you can put it on your phone

they're gonna put a job out of something

they need done in your area in your

local area and you're gonna get an alert

and you're gonna see this job and you

can apply for it or submit if you're a

good

for that particular job you can say hey

I want to do this job right and if

everything is good both parties approve

you can show up at their house do the

job they pay TaskRabbit

you get paid from cash grab it

everybody's happy it's pretty cool the

way it works now there's a lot of things

you can do here here's some examples

mounting and installation furniture

assembly moving and packing

home-improvement general handyman work

heavy lifting there's a lot of people

out there that need the heavy lifting

done because you know backs are sore you

restaurant and you just take it right to

business delivering food to go deliver

out the different categories because

most of you most of you probably have

certain skills in these areas and there

is someone out there there are a lot of

people thousands of people out there

that want to know what you know okay a

lot of people might you know a lot of us

might think that well nobody wants to

know what I know everybody already knows

all this bla bla bla

true there are a lot of people out there

that want to know what you know there is

a skill that maybe it's easy for you but

it's not easy for them okay and you can

create a course on udemy and there are

thousands of people this this website

has lots of traffic thousands and

thousands of people are going to this

website every day searching for courses

and you can go through here and look at

different courses to see what is popular

what is selling at the moment what are

people searching for what's

highest-rated what's how does the

pricing structure work I mean what

courses are you know this price or what

what you know what's the what are the

lower priced courses and you guys can

try to figure out you know what to do at

that point on what kind of course do you

guys would like to create but lots of

good stuff here you guys can just browse

through here create a profile at least

sign up even go through one of the

courses yourself a lot of them are at a

pretty good discount right now and so

your skills at home now let's go to the

last one here the last one is Airbnb

maybe you've heard of it okay this is

where you can rent out anything as small

as a trailer all the way to a huge

penthouse or something like that if you

have an apartment if you have some place

that someone can stay at for a little

while temporary and you guys can get

paid I mean we're talking big bucks here

there are houses on here that people pay

thirty thousand dollars a month just to

stay at temporary temporarily temporary

temporarily and it's a really great wait

so because people are willing to pay

more to use air and be to go get a

rental rather than going through and

filling out a huge contract getting

approved through a management agency or

a property management

browse through forget all about the all

the paperwork right just go through

Aaron beep Airbnb and browse through all

the different locations and and and then

find out look for a place that they

would like to stay at and just pay the

deposit pay a fee up front and check the

availability date get to the location

get the keys and they're done that's it

it's pretty straightforward so if you

have a property or something that is

just really not doing much or you're

having trouble getting it rented out go

to Airbnb because there are people

coming on here all the time looking for

places to stay and they pay top dollar

you know if if you were to read

somewhere with a contract maybe would be

like $1,000 a month but on 8th on Airbnb

there's people paying 2,000 3,000 even

up to six seven thousand dollars for

just a two three-bedroom house for like

a week or four you know it's just

amazing because people just don't want

to deal with all the paperwork all the

variety and the approval process it

really kind of saved that whole aspect

there and all that hassle so check that
